Behind the scenes (before you drop in)…
—We seek out and acquire premium land with the most potential for an exquisite home. This means our selection process and purchase phase can take as long as 12 months.
—We create the vision, from first principles, unique to the lot. Our architects and team optimize the location, the context, the landscape, the waterfront, the setting, the views, each and every fixture and fitting, light, color, material, form, function, the sense of arrival, the flow of outside and inside space. This design phase may take up to 5 months of intense exploration, discussion and detailed refinement.
—The engineering, planning and permit stage may take another 4 months.
Then…
Building and fitting – to our specifications and exacting standards – takes 18 to 22 months through to completion with a Certificate of Occupancy.
